The fashion show was held at 5:00 pm on Friday, February 12, 2010 in the iconic Grand Ballroom at the world-famous Waldorf Astoria Hotel on New York’s Park Avenue. Catalin Botezatu is one of Romania’s most important fashion designers. He launched his career in 1992 and established his own fashion house in 1996. He is one of the few major fashion designers who directs and styles his own shows and makes all his accessories. His distinguished clientele includes politicians, socialites, VIPs, entertainers and celebrities. Nevertheless, his beautiful haute couture designs have a strong appeal for every woman looking to bring out her femme fatale side through sensual, refined and sophisticated gowns. Catalin Botezatu’s distinctive couture collections have been presented worldwide and have been recognized with many international awards.
